Liquid Vision Industries (LVI), a leading provider of innovative surf products has been awarded patent 7,694,381 for their Flexcomb® and accessories product.  The new patent’s language provides a great deal of latitude and allows LVI to customize a broad range of characteristics (i.e. industry focus, color, scent, accessories, etc.) while still maintaining protection under the patent.  “This patent award is the culmination of a great deal of research and a long application process, but is well worth the wait.  This will allow our customers to private label and customize our product while still delivering the best wax comb in the action sports industry."

Liquid Vision Industries (LVI), Inc. has been manufacturing the FlexComb® since 2003. Since then the FlexComb® is now considered the industry standard for all waxcombs. In line with the surfing market’s environmental concerns, the company has utilized recycled plastic in the manufacturing of all its products since the beginning… we are very proud to say every FlexComb® ever manufactured is made from recycled plastic!

LVI’s vision is to innovate the industry by creating and manufacturing more user and environmentally friendly products for the extreme sports industry. As of now LVI has only concentrated on the surf industry but will soon be crossing over to other board sports.

LVI has manufacturing capabilities in China and in Mexico to keep costs low to help facilitate the ease of transport to final assembly factories. LVI also assists with new product design from initial design and concepts, to fully functional full-scale rapid prototyping samples. All of our design and prototyping is done here in the USA so final quality checks for improvement are done here before production starts at our Mexico and/or China factories.
